Orders and Payments

Submission

Acceptance

Fulfillment
Products are packed and dispatched from our Jakarta facility. Tracking details are sent once the package leaves our warehouse.
Cancellation Window
You may cancel an order before dispatch by contacting us. Once the package has left our facility, cancellation is no longer possible and standard return policies apply.
